I am a new customer, do I need to buy a Groupon online for special pricing?
No, you do not need to buy a Groupon- if you are a new client then we are happy to match the groupon pricing options for you. 1 session for $39, 3 sessions for $99 or 5 sessions for $149.
To purchase one of these special pricing options and book an appointment online, please fill out the online waiver on the home page or use the link HERE and follow the steps.
I bought a Groupon on-line what do I do now?
Please fill out the online waiver on the home page or use the link HERE. This will create an online account for you for us to add your sessions to book online. You can NOT book your sessions online until iSweat Lodge adds your redeemed sessions to you account.
Once you have completed the waiver, please email with your name and VOUCHER number for iSweat Lodge to verify and redeem your sessions online.
iSweat Lodge will then redeem the Groupon and add your sessions into the account you just created. This is NOT automatic and if done after hours, may take until the following day to be completed.
You will receive an email receipt confirmation of the sessions being redeemed and then you are now ready to book online.
If you have filled out the waiver and emailed us your voucher number and have not received your sessions in your online account, please call us at 877-70-SWEAT
I have filled out my waiver but still cannot book online without entering payment .
The sessions you have purchased might not have been added to your account yet. Sessions are added manually during business hours by our iSweat Team and may take a few hours depending on the schedule. Once you receive the email receipt then you know your sessions have been added.
Please note, if you try to book online and purchase the "Matched Groupon Pricing" sessions, you ARE PURCHASING new sessions directly from iSweat Lodge.
